DESCRIPTION

Tropical cyclone Signal No. 2 is in effect over Eastern Visayas. Sustained winds of 95 kph with gusts up to 115 kph are expected. Coastal and mountain areas are at risk of strong squalls, storm surges, and flash floods. All residents in low-lying coastal areas are advised to evacuate.
